Where do you ship?

We ship within the entire EU. Whether you live in Skellefteå or southern Italy – NorrSnack will find its way.

What is the delivery time?

Since we produce on demand, it takes a little longer than regular stock sales.

Delivery time within Sweden is usually 3–7 business days.

To the rest of Europe approximately 5–10 business days.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within the EU. Always.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes – free shipping on all orders within the EU.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. A link is available on the product page.

Are you between two sizes? Take the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

What are the garments made of?

The material varies slightly depending on the product, but most of our t-shirts are made of high-quality soft cotton, with prints that last a long time.

Are the colors as shown in the pictures?

We try to show colors as accurately as possible, but small differences may occur depending on the screen and lighting.

Can I order a custom design?

Currently, we do not offer fully personalized designs, but we are constantly working on new ideas. Do you have a great idea? Let us know!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most common payment methods via Shopify, such as cards, Klarna, and other local options depending on the country.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since the product begins production quite quickly, we cannot change or cancel an order.

Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you!

How do returns work?

Since products are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the same way as in a physical store.

However, if something is not right – please contact us and we will try to find a solution.

What if the product is wrong or damaged?

If your product is damaged or incorrect – please contact us with a picture and description, and we will resolve it quickly.
