Made to Order
All products at NorrSnack are made to order, produced specifically for you. This means we hold no stock — every item is only manufactured once you have placed your order.
Production Time
Before your order is shipped, it needs to be produced. Production time: 2–5 business days Times may vary slightly depending on the product and current demand.
Delivery Time
Once your order is ready, it is shipped directly to you from our production partner.
- Sweden: 3–7 business days
- Rest of EU: 5–10 business days
During periods of high demand, such as around Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Total delivery time (production + shipping) is typically 5–12 business days for Sweden.
Shipping
We offer free shipping across the EU — no hidden fees. Your order is shipped directly from our production partner to your address.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way home.
Split Deliveries
If you have ordered multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because they are sometimes produced at different facilities. You will not be charged any additional shipping for this.
Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged — contact us and we will help you as quickly as possible.
Please include your order number and a photo if the packaging is damaged.
