Welcome to NorrSnack! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NorrSnack. NorrSnack operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services to provide you, the customer, with a tailored shopping experience ("the Services"). NorrSnack is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Use" or "Terms"), describe your rights and obligations when using the Services.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, you must not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms of Use, you confirm that you are at least of legal age in the state or province where you reside.
To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
All products at NorrSnack are made to order (print-on-demand). This means every item is produced specifically for you when you place your order. We have done our best to provide an accurate representation of our products, but please note that colours or the appearance of a product may differ from how they are displayed on your screen depending on your device and its settings.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of products will meet your expectations or be identical to how they are depicted in our webshop. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, this constitutes an offer from you to make a purchase. NorrSnack reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until NorrSnack confirms acceptance by email.
As products are made to order, NorrSnack may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted and production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@norrsnack.com if you wish to amend or cancel your order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices may change without prior notice. The price charged is the price applicable at the time of the order and is stated in your order confirmation email. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Shipping is included for deliveries within the EU.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are duly authorised to use the payment method provided at the time of purchase.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All products are made to order with a production time of 2–5 business days. Delivery times after dispatch are:
Sweden: 3–7 business days Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
We offer free shipping across the EU. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. NorrSnack is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Once products have been handed over to the carrier, the risk of damage passes to the buyer.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, texts, images, graphics and design, are owned by NorrSnack or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use material from the Services without our prior written consent.
NorrSnack's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks belonging to NorrSnack. You may not use such trademarks without written permission.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be given access to tools provided by third parties as part of the Services. We provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties. We accept no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain hyperlinks to websites provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of such websites. If you choose to leave the Services to visit third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
NorrSnack is powered by technology from Shopify. However, all sales are made directly with NorrSnack. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and NorrSnack.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data you provide through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy.
As host of the Services, Shopify collects and processes personal data about your access to and use of the Services. Information you submit to the Services may be shared with Shopify and third parties for the purpose of providing services to you.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback or reviews, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish such feedback in any medium. We are not obliged to treat your feedback as confidential, to compensate you for it, or to respond to it.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to amend information or cancel orders if any information is incorrect, without prior notice.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USE
You may only access and use the Services for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services for illegal purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass others, to spread false information or to send spam. You may not use automated tools, bots or AI agents to access the Services without our permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

If you use an Agent (software acting autonomously) to access the Services, the agent must always identify itself and act in accordance with these Terms. Agents may not conceal that access is occurring through automated means, imitate human behaviour or circumvent security features.

To the extent permitted by law, NorrSnack, its partners, employees and Shopify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or special damages arising from your use of the Services or the products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorrSnack, Shopify and its affiliates from all losses, damages and claims arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, your violation of applicable law, or your access to and use of the Services.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use and all policies published by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign this agreement or your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without your consent.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. NorrSnack is headquartered in Skellefteå, Sweden, and disputes shall be resolved by a competent Swedish court.
SECTION 23 – AMENDMENTS TO TERMS OF USE
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on our website and take effect on the date indicated. Your continued use of the Services following any published changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
