Refund policy
Made to Order — Important Information
All products at NorrSnack are made to order, produced specifically for you. This means we hold no stock and every item is only manufactured once you have placed your order.
For this reason, we are normally unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind after the order has been placed and production has begun.
That said, we want you to be happy. If something feels wrong — get in touch and we will always do our best to find a solution.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is:
- defective or damaged
- incorrect (wrong size, wrong product)
Send an email to info@norrsnack.com with:
- a brief description of the problem
- a photo of the product
We will assess the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible, usually by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. You do not need to return the item to receive assistance — a photo is sufficient in most cases.
Right of Withdrawal (EU) — 14 Days
As a customer within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that this right may be limited for products that are made to order or personally customised, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).
If you still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal — contact us at info@norrsnack.com within 14 days of receipt and we will handle your case individually.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns of:
- products that have been used, washed, or are missing their original packaging
- sale items or gift cards
- products where the return request is made more than 14 days after receipt
Exchanges
As all products are made to order, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you have received an incorrect or defective product, we will make it right — contact us and we will help you.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you will be notified by email. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take a few additional days for your bank or card provider to process the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund — contact us at info@norrsnack.com.
