Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Since all products are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the same way as in traditional stores.
This means that we normally do not accept returns if you have changed your mind after placing the order.
But – we want you to be satisfied. If something feels wrong, contact us and we will always try to find a solution.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
As a customer within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, however, that this right may be limited for products that are custom-made or personalized.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- a brief description
- a photo of the product
We will resolve it as quickly as possible, usually by sending a new product or issuing a refund.
Refunds
If your return or complaint is approved, we will issue a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.
The time it takes may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
